We are open all throughout the Christmas and New Year period and our location, in the heart of the City, makes us the perfect base for exploring, shopping and just being festive. LANES HEALTH CLUB and PRETTY PEOPLE SALON
The Lanes Health Club is expected to be open throughout the Christmas and New Year period. Times are still to be confirmed but in 2025 on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day you'll were able to have a relaxing swim and sauna between 10am and 5pm. Click here for opening times.
The Pretty People Salon, one of the highest rated beauty salons in the city, are looking at their opening times amd will advise us in due course.
NO.1 BAR AND BISTRO
The No.1 Bar & Bistro will be open over Christmas and New Year period so you can still enjoy our hot and cold breakfast buffet, food with great views and a full range of drinks including our amazing Festive Cocktails. We'll be serving our Festive Afternoon Tea on Christmas Eve Food service on Christmas Day will begin at 5pm with our special Christmas Day Menu - prebooking will be essential. If you don't already have breakfast included in your room package you can add it on in advance for £14.95 per person per day. You can also decide on the day and it will cost you just a little bit more at £17.95.

ENHANCE YOUR CHRISTMAS STAY
When booking your room over Christmas why not consider our 'Enhance Your Christmas Stay' package. For £95 per person your add-on package will include a welcome festive cocktail, a festive afternoon tea, a 3 course Christmas Day meal and a festive gift package in your room ready for your arrival. The restaurant on Christmas Day will be serving the Christmas menu between 5pm and 9pm and the afternoon tea can be taken on any day apart from Christmas Day itself. Add it on as you make your booking on our website or by contacting reservations directly.
THINGS TO DO IN BRIGHTON OVER CHRISTMAS
There's lots to do in the run up to the big day with lots of information available on the Visit Brighton website later in the year. The Royal Pavilion has a number of events during Christmas week including 'A Fairytale of Frost & Fire' and a special Cristmas Regency Cream Tea event. Have a wander through The Lanes to admire the lights and Christmas displays or get those last minute gifts from the main stores in and around Churchill Square. We'll pop some of our favourite things to do on here later.
On Christmas Day you'll find the seafront thronged with people just enjoying a leisurely walk. You might even catch sight of the Christmas Day Swimmers.
